Tasting note
The specieri comes as a wonderfully carefree Tuscan blend. It is a carefully composed blend of Tuscan grape varieties. The wine comes into the glass with powerful purple and instantly promises a bouquet full of fruity aromas of ripe cherries and wild berries. Very pleasing, soft and uncomplicated on the palate. Soft, juicy tannins and a pleasant freshness contribute to a wonderful wine for every day.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended with poultry, slightly spicy red meat and duck.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled mash fermentation for 8 to 10 days at over 26°C so that the intense and characteristic fruit can be preserved. After a short aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine is quickly bottled to maintain its wonderful freshness.
