Tasting note
Bright yellow with intense aromas of pear, quince, citrus and exotic fruits, this very smooth, harmonious wine is. There are also delicate lime blossom notes and hints of honey on the palate. The fruity fullness is supported by a soft, round body, completed by a pleasant aftertaste.

Angaben über Vinifizierung: Nach dem Abbeeren werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bleiben einige Stunden auf dem frischen Most. Fermentation in Chromstahlbehältern während 12-15 Tagen bei einer Temperatur von 13-15+C. Ausbau auf den Edelhefen für einige Monate, vor dem Verkauf mindestens eine Monate in der Flasche.
