Tasting note
This wine is an extremely careful blend of the oldest vines on the estate (the two oldest plots were planted in 1911 and 1913), which mainly grow in Cramant Grand Cru (60%), complemented by Chouilly Grand Cru (30%) and a touch of Cuis 1er Cru (10%) to give the wine the Gimonnet style. This cuvée is produced with incredible care at every stage of the vinification process. Grands Terroirs de Chardonnay embodies the archetypal style of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils: a cuvée with a great structure, a silky texture that offers excellent substance and an unbeatable finesse and elegance.
