Tasting note
Honest, invigorating and elegant wines that provide pleasure and convey the authentic expression of our terroir are our goal. This is also the case with this expressive, ripe Pinot Noir, beautiful with warm, dark red notes of wild berries and cherries, the fruit is perfectly framed by a delicate tart, the expansive, something opulent close by, becomes straight and beguiling. On the palate, this warmth again, round, full-bodied, with a gripping grip and length.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Spontaneous whole grape fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts without moving the mash, only at the end two to three times, manual casting (pigeage), aging for 12 months in barriques and 6 months in steel tanks. Minimal use of sulfur before bottling, unfiltered.
