Tasting note
Intense, concentrated, clear fruit with strawberries, cherries, cranberries, herbal notes and subtle smoke. On the palate, with depth and power, with fine minerality and persistent length.
Vinification
The hand-picked, strictly selected grapes are temperature-controlled for 18 days and fermented on the mash without stalks. The malolactic fermentation takes place during storage (17 months) in new and used barriques.
