Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, sea breeze, heather herbs such as lavender, thyme, anise carried by a subtle fruit. Mineral, slightly salty, pleasant aromatic acidity. SOY is the name of the great wine from Bodegas Gratias, which was made from the best selected bobal grapes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, especially lamb or beef, as well as with aged cheese.
Vinification
Half of the harvest was de-stemmed, the second half fermented as whole grapes. The wine was then aged for eight months in used French oak barrels.
