Tasting note
Violet red Fruity on the nose, slightly mineral. Aromas of herbs, amaretti, nice acidity and soft tannins, full-bodied. Refreshing finish
Culinary recommendation
The Soy Caliza 2022 goes great with aged cheeses, sausages, legumes, soft and blue cheeses.
Vinification
Half of the harvest was de-stemmed, the second half fermented as whole grapes. The wine was then aged for eight months in used French oak barrels.
