About the wine
The wine region is located in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg and is divided into South Baden and North Baden. It stretches for almost 400 kilometers from Lake Constance along the Upper Rhine Plain via the Badische Bergstraße and Kraichgau to Tauber Franconia.

Vinification
Souvignier Gris is a fungus-resistant grape variety. We have been growing this variety since it was approved in 2003. The wine impresses with its scent of apricots, green apples and lemon balm. On the palate, the sweetness and acidity, the wonderful freshness and notes of orange zest and fresh mint inspire. An all-rounder that guarantees drinking pleasure. A wine with natural residual sweetness. 8 hours maceration time, spontaneous fermentation, 8 months aging in steel tanks
