About the wine
Fresh, aromatic white wine with notes of pear, apricot and subtle herbs. Lively and juicy on the palate, with fine minerality and a harmonious finish.

It has a bright golden yellow color and a complex bouquet of ripe pears, white flowers, citrus fruits and a touch of herbs. On the palate, it has a pleasant freshness, well-integrated acidity and a harmonious, slightly creamy finish with a mineral note.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with poultry, morel dishes, seafood, mushroom and vegetable dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and gently pressed. The aging is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aroma and freshness of the grape variety. It is a vegan wine that has been clarified without animal fining agents.
