Tasting note
Aromas of black cherries, dark plums and a touch of coffee. Full, soft body with a touch of cassis. The velvety tannins and the long finish make for a great overall impression.
Vinification
This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. A portion is then aged for 14 months in French, American and Eastern European barriques.
