Tasting note
Deep, rich purple. On the nose, lots of fruit and berry notes, grape with hints of red cherries and marzipan. Fruity, fresh on the palate, characterized by very elegant, subtle toasted notes and perfectly used wood. This cuvee of Pinot Noir and the local Callet variety, which is definitely not pressed for Ballermann, shows that biodynamic farming significantly enhances the potential of Majorcan viticulture.
