Tasting note
The bouquet reveals intense, ripe fruit aromas (plum, sweet cherry, dried plum) as well as fine, herbal notes (sage, thyme, rosemary). This is accompanied by aromas of caramel, licorice and cinnamon. On the palate, this Primitivo del Salento is round, supple, accessible and in turn with a seductive, ripe fruit. The tannins are soft and velvety. It is a prime example of inexpensive wine that conveys a lot of pleasure and drinking pleasure.
