About the wine
Blooming and sunny landscapes of the Douro Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Secegas conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Red black ruby. Very clean nose with notes of pure laudes, mulberries and black chocolate. Fruity on the palate, very pleasant with a long-lasting finish. “PARCERIA” is the name of the same wine for our partners who, through their investment in pre-financing the yield of 10 vines, enabled SECEGAS to sell surplus bottles as Sorrir de Sol. Some of the vines on the SECEGAS plot have been around for more than a hundred years. The yield of autochthonous grapes is extremely low and comprises only around 20% of a normal harvest. The number of bottles produced is correspondingly scarce.
