Tasting note
Pale pink with copper reflections. Fresh and fruity on the nose with distinct citric notes of grapefruit and nuances of white flowers. The aromas are reflected on the palate and show a nice intensity. The acidity is pleasant and lively, and the finish is long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
A passe-partout for light summer dishes. Enjoy it with grilled scallops, tuna tartare or an outdoor aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and pressed separately. After gentle pressing, the must remains on the mash for 1-2 hours at 10° degrees to extract color and characteristic aromas from the berry skins. The alcoholic fermentation is followed by aging in steel tanks together with the fine yeast. Merlot and Aleatico are then blended.
