About the wine
The Pasqua wine house is a long-established family business, which was founded in 1925 by four brothers. Since its creation in the early 1980s, the Cecilia Beretta line has been an experimental stage for Pasqua to modernize its traditional plants. The enormous investments have now paid off. The vines have reached an interesting age and there has been a noticeable leap in quality. Today, Cecilia Beretta presents a line that is second to none, new dimensions of aromatic refinement and elegant taste.

Red berries, plums, vanilla, soft finish
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meats and cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes were picked by hand. Some of the Merlot grapes were dried in wooden containers for 3 months. The assemblage matured in barriques. After being bottled, the wine was left to rest for another year.
