About the wine
Treat yourself to the senses with the delicious Soque Superior! Sunny and blooming landscapes of the Douro Valley give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Soque conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Intense red Excellent intense aromas of wild fruits, spices and cocoa, these are the notes on the nose. Fresh on the palate, very harmonious with a large volume of soft tannins. Sensational fresh aromas with wild fruits and spices accompany the long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled 18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 10-15 years.
Vinification
Controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then storage in 500 lt. French oak barrels for 18 months.
