Tasting note
Dense ruby red with shiny fine violet reflections, color-tight. Distinct fruit on the bouquet, notes of blackberries, blueberries, delicate, roasted notes, nice spiciness, typical fine vegetable component, undergrowth. Very long, full-bodied start, fine tannins, well-interwoven acidity, present palate aromas with sumptuously seductive sweetness in the finale. Aromatic presence, distinctive on the palate, nice texture, balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stuffed rabbit thighs with balsamic jus, duck breast and veal kidney piece in orange juniper coat.
