Brilliant clear light gold of medium-density color, iridescent grey-green reflections. Rich exotic notes of mango, passion fruit and pineapple, fine vanilla notes, toast, balsamic finish with an earthy mineral touch of wet stones. Body Sustained, hearty start, full-bodied on the palate, subtle minerality, creamy with a long, aromatic aftertaste, sweet. Full-bodied wine, dense and opulent of high quality.

Goes well with char on lime foam, zander à l'orange, veal steak with chanterelles, wild garlic ravioli, chicken with spring onions.
