Tasting note
Its nose expresses great elegance and complexity, which is reinforced by storage in barrels containing the yeast. Fruity aromas such as pear and pineapple with white flowers and citrus fruits, dried fruit, coconut and vanilla. In the mouth, it is silky and voluminous, with just the right acidity.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in new American barrels.
