About the wine
We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2009 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Poggio al Tesoro masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape. Tasting note
Scent of exotic herbs and ripe red fruits. The taste is full-bodied, warm. The finish is long with velvety and ripe tannins. The Sondraia is an unequivocal testimony to how Bordeaux blends harmonize with Bolgheri soil and is absolutely original and easy to recognize.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, lamb and pork knuckle. Recommended in combination with smoked ricotta, parmesan and medium-aged sheep cheese.
