About the wine
Son Antem Vespre is a multi-layered red wine from IGP Mallorca, which impressively reflects the complex geology of the winery and the island's maritime climate. In Majorcan, the name “Vespre” means evening or evening prayer and is symbolic of peace, depth and harmony. Despite challenging weather conditions, the result was very high-quality, aromatically intense grapes. The wine shows elegance, structure and a clear origin.

Tasting note
On the nose, a wonderful scent of plums, blackberries, herbs, licorice and roses. On the palate, the wine shows mineral notes, is elegantly harmonious and well structured. Well-integrated tannins contribute to the wine's long and fresh finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled lamb, braised beef, Mediterranean vegetable dishes or aged hard cheese. The well-integrated tannins and the fresh acid structure make it a versatile food companion.
