Tasting note
Velvety and elegant from a grape.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tagliatelle with venison ragout, black rice with roast meat, chicken alla cacciatora, goat cheese and cold cuts. A wine that can also be tasted alone. It is also very easy to combine with crustaceans, fish dishes and Asian dishes.
Vinification
After a very careful selection of the grapes, the merlese is fermented in fiberglass cement tanks at a controlled temperature, with automatic reassembly to achieve optimal extraction. Finished exclusively in chrome steel tanks.
