Tasting note

Vinification
The Secondo Marco winery is confidently and solidly breaking new ground in Valpolicella. In the 15 hectares of vineyards, from which an average of 75,000 bottles are produced, the Verona pergola has returned with some targeted adjustments as a basic form of cultivation, and the revival of tradition is also significant in the wine cellar. The three classic grape varieties of the area, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, find a privileged place in the wines. Fermentation lasts up to three months and is aged in steel, cement and large wooden barrels.
