On the palate, on the other hand, with intense aromas of ripe fruit, spicy, dense and full-bodied, yet not overripe or too opulent. A distinct mineral note also gives this high-quality red wine a certain elegance and makes it a great accompaniment to hearty dishes. The aftertaste is long and accompanied by pleasant, crumbly tannins and perfectly adjusted acidity.
