About the wine
Solèr is a word from the Venetian dialect and means attic, storage. In the past, winegrowers used it to dry the best grapes. Following this ancient tradition, some of the grapes that make up this wine are dried, giving it a great softness with notes of licorice.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red color, fruity scent of very ripe fruit, of plums marinated in alcohol, of violets, with prominent volatile and spicy notes; full-bodied, impressive, enveloping, very velvety taste with complex tertiary aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stuffed pasta dishes, grilled meats and ham and salami.
