Tasting note
Solco is produced using the “leggero appassimento” method, i.e. by reducing the water content of the grapes. Drying results in an increase in sugar content, resulting in lush notes of red fruits and a complex and elegant tannin structure. Intense red robe with purple accents. The bouquet impresses with notes of red fruits, especially cherry, accompanied by a touch of sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and elegant with silky tannins before ending in a long-lasting finish.
