About the wine
The organic winery with the ocean in between The vineyards of the largest German-Swiss organic winery Lenz extend over 14 hectares on Iselisberg in Thurgau, on sandy-loamy soils on south-facing locations. Winemaker Roland Lenz relies on grape varieties that can fully ripen in the local microclimate, because he only presses optimally ripe and healthy grapes - both in Thurgau and in his second farm in Chile.

Tasting note
A fruity light white wine with wonderfully intense aromas of lychee, mango, elderberry and gooseberry, plus fine citrus fruit. Soft on the palate, with intense fruit, good harmony and perfect balance, and a long, lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fried or grilled fish.
