About the wine
The young Casa La Rad winery is a natural paradise. Wild animals live in forests and on lakes on 800 hectares, in between 100 hectares of vines and 115 hectares of grain, almonds and olives grow. Respectful use of natural resources is practised here, and biodiversity has top priority. The winemakers from the Casa La Rad winery therefore not only offer classic guided tours of the wine cellar, but also take their guests on a picnic in the vines. On foot or by bike, of course. We think Flaschenpöstler is a great idea.

Tasting note
The nose reveals inviting aromas of ripe red and black fruits, aromatic herbs and sweet spices. On the palate, there are also balsamic notes, well structured, with present but pleasant tannins, good supportive freshness and a fine-tart finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled vegetables, Spanish rice stir-fry, grilled meat, game dishes, stews.
Vinification
The grapes come from sustainable sources and are carefully picked by hand. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barriques.
