Tasting note
Salmon pink color in the glass. On the nose with fine raspberry aromas that are repeated on the palate. Easy to drink, with good acidity, a fruity-berry character, medium richness and an aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with summer salads, grilled fish and light starters.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed before fermentation, so that only a soft salmon pink is reminiscent of the dark grapes. Ageing in steel tanks.
