Tasting note
Light orange with peachy reflections. On the nose, nuances of small red fruits, which mix with almond aromas. Crunchy acidity supported by a gentle sweetness, seductive finish with aromas of English sweets and pink berries. Seductive bouquet that can be drunk while still young for optimal freshness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, tarte with dried tomatoes or as an alternative to a strawberry tart.
