Tasting note
Aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits on the nose. Extremely aromatic on the palate with sweet fruit, well balanced and with a pleasant acidity.

Apéro, risotto, fish dishes
Vinification
Maceration of 3 hours, fermentation in steel tanks. Ageing for a further 3 months in steel tanks.
