About the wine
Wines from Soave have been somewhat forgotten recently, which is particularly unfortunate because they offer true discoveries at unbeatable prices. The Soave from Allegrini is a fruity, lively and concentrated white wine that, despite its substance, always remains light and fresh. A real summer wine that goes well with grilled and seafood.

Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden reflections. A fantastic bouquet unfolds, revealing notes of citrus and yellow stone fruits — intense and expressive, with a touch of white pepper in the background. On the palate, the wine is very dancing and fruit-intensive, supported by a suitable freshness. Despite its intensity, it remains extremely elegant. The finale is vibrant and full of personality.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or with cold meat platters, mild fish and vegetable terrines and vegetarian dishes. It goes well with steamed freshwater fish, light Far Eastern dishes, poultry, hot cheese dishes and fresh and hard cheeses.
