Tasting note
Color: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The delicate bouquet is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan. On the palate, a good depth of fruit, which is balanced by a sparkling acidity that underlines its length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soups, appetizers, zucchini, egg dishes, seafood and freshwater fish. It is an excellent aperitif, especially when served with simple canapés.
