Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, ripe stone fruits, honeydew melon, subtle floral notes. Balanced acidity on the palate. Medium-strong body with lots of fruit extract, melty and creamy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, light dishes
Vinification
After fermentation, aged in steel tanks for a further 6 months. This wine has a “Nomacorc Select Green” cone, which prevents cone flavor.
