About the wine
Suavia, a family owned winery in the heart of Soave, Veneto, is run by the Tessari sisters. Known for sustainably growing autochthonous grape varieties on volcanic soils, Suavia produces wines with unique minerality and elegance.

Vinification
This Soave Classico was made from pure Garganega. The aging took place in steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas typical of the region and grape variety.
