Tasting note
Rich cherry red. Complex bouquet with aromas of berries, spices and cedarwood. Fruity start on the palate, elegant body with complex structure, intense aromas of wild cherry, licorice and fine vanilla. Fine-grained tannins with a slightly youthful appearance with harmoniously integrated acidity. The long aftertaste is characterized by subtle roasted aromas and intense fruit.
Vinification
After fermentation, it was aged in French barriques for 18 months.
