Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Very complex bouquet with aromas of white flowers, stone fruits and subtle vanilla. Powerful start with lots of melting on the palate. Rich body with well-integrated, juicy acidity and fine citrus and spice aromas. The aftertaste is intense and long-lasting.

Vinification
The rare variety, native to Switzerland, is cultivated primarily in the canton of Grisons. The grapes come from the “Selvenen” vineyard in Malans. The wine is fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged in barriques for nine months.
