About the wine
Do you already know the powerful Carignan Syir Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT born in 2014? If not, it's time! Picturesque and sunny landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Pala conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this carignan with hearty lamb stew or duck.
Tasting note
Bright garnet red with purple reflections. Harmonious scent of ripe red berries and fine notes of smoke and spices. Full on the palate with a fine structure, soft tannin and pleasant acidity and fruit. Pure-tone berry aromas are also accompanied by smoky notes and fine spiciness on the palate, which give the wine its typical character and finesse.

Perfect for barbecues, roasts, spicy and spicy starters and aged cheese.
