About the wine
The provocative Grenache 2016 — Siuralta Gris DO is the missing piece of the puzzle on your wine rack. Tasting note
Slightly turbid. On the nose, beautiful aromas of citrus, grapefruit, quince and exotic fruits with beautiful mineral notes. Harmonious on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and notes of pineapple, grapefruit and Granny Smith. Long lasting finish.

Vinification
Yellow clay. Whole grape pressing after 4 days of maceration. Maturation for 8 months in amphorae and steel vats.
