Tasting note
The Sito Moresco has a ruby red color with slight garnet reflections. The bouquet is characterized by a ripe aroma of red fruits such as plum and cherry. Extremely harmonious, juicy and compact on the palate with an unmistakable spicy note of saffron. Long savory finish

Vinification
Each of the three grape varieties is processed individually and fermented in steel tanks at 25 to 27 °C for 2 weeks. It is then aged for 12 months in barriques followed by 6 months in bottle aging.
