About the wine
Sirius is a Sichel brand. The first vintage was 1985, which was launched back then under the name “Le Bordeaux Prestige”. It was so well received that they were inspired by the New World and created the name Sirius, it is now known throughout Europe and has become a very successful brand.

Tasting note
Subtle barrique note with fine citrus notes and exotic fruit components (passion fruit, mango). Fresh breed on the palate, concentrated, with harmonious finesse.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif with cheese or shrimp bites. Exquisite with an entrée with the finest smoked salmon. It is the best accompaniment to a meal with fish, seafood, chicken breasts or veal.
