About the wine
Our most valuable asset is our heritage of vines between 30 and 90 years old, local varieties that are grown sustainably with minimal intervention. The Bodegas Volver project was founded in 2004 by Rafael Cañizares, oenologist by study and winemaker through his family tradition of four generations linked to the vine and wine.

Tasting note
Strong scents of cassis, blackberry and strawberry jam, plus some plum notes, rise to the nose in this fresh, fruity garnet red wine. The palate is also caressed by chocolate, vanilla and licorice aspects, great freshness and a soft, full-bodied and harmonious body, rounded off by a persistent finish.
