Tasting note
Black-red. Distinct notes of wild fruits and red plums, stone fruit, tobacco and spices. Light on the palate, fresh with pleasant, very elegant tannins and a round, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, especially lamb or beef, as well as with aged cheese.
Vinification
The various grape varieties that make up the wine are fermented separately according to their degree of maturity and blended in a stainless steel tank at the end of malolactic fermentation before being transferred to barrels.
