Tasting note
Brilliant, intense ruby red. On the nose, a lush fruit with blueberries, blackberries and ripe cherries, which are accompanied by fine roasted aromas, vanilla and tobacco notes. Very juicy on the palate, with lots of enamel and fruit extract, stimulating spice, fine-grained tannin. A powerful, elegant wine that shows what is possible in Sardinia!

Vinification
