Tasting note
Pale straw yellow. Silvaner, the Johannisberg of Valais is just completely different! All those winegrowers who were able to save their old sites from land clean-up are happy. They harvest fine, herbaceous wines with freshness and a beautiful play of aromas on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish with herbs and fennel, vegetable gratin, Indian cuisine.
