Tasting note
This great estate wine combines the fresh, crisp style and the precise, delicate nature of Sour wines in a perfect way.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the completely healthy grapes are kept cool for 18 hours. It is then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is bottled after a short storage period.
