Tasting note
Lots of elegant fruit on the nose, supported by classic wood notes. On the palate, a wide dry drink, which is quickly replaced by materiality and salt. A never-ending finish completes the drinking experience. A straight, fine, mineral Chardonnay based on the Burgundy model.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters and fish dishes, including white meat and poultry dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and gently pressed as a whole. Aging in barriques (1/3 new wood) for 12 months.
