Tasting note
Color: Deep and dense ruby red. Aroma: Intense cassis notes, green paprika, white pepper, cloves, vanilla and caramel. Character: Early pressing results in mild tannins. The notes on the nose are repeated. The wine impresses with richness, complexity, wonderful balance and a very long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, cheese, as a meditation wine and much more.

Fermentation in open tanks and 17 months aging in French oak barrels
