About the wine

The wines are vinified for Mendoza Club at a winery in Mendoza, Argentina, that has become famous in just a few years. We are not allowed to reveal more here. Why No, the winery doesn't fear its reputation for shabby wines! Tasting note
Gothic - at home in the dark, like black literature, dark and beautiful, calm, dark, sweet and fresh fruit, dark berries, dark, ash, smoke, peat, always a sweet whiff in the background, dark warmth. On the palate, beauty and death, the elegant, clear, deep dark fruit, berries, the cool, dark minerality and spice, peaty, licorice, but also a bright, fresh glow in the dark fruit, lots of beauty in this cool, bitter atmosphere, is becoming lighter and fresher. Fascinatingly dark and beautiful.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Gentle maceration for 25 days, fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, aging for up to 8 months in used small French oak barrels and for 4 months in steel tanks.
