Color: Medium ruby red Aromatics: Ripe fruit, cherry, berries, spicy, underlined with a fine herbal touch and a warm note of smoke and roast, reminiscent of tobacco. Body: Present palate aromas, juicy acidity, soft tannins, elegant body and long aftertaste. Quality: typical, well-structured and with a pleasant texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with wild fowl, rabbits, finocchiona (a coarse salami with fennel), cheese.
